Living with Young People

Living Successfully with Young People and Taking Care of Ourselves! Free and confidential workshops for parents living in the Stratford District.

Sometimes it's easy to forget that whilst being an adult has all sorts of stress and strains, being a teenager isn't that great either. First of all, teenagers are at a difficult age when they're no longer seen as children or as adults. Secondly, their hormones are racing, they're under pressure from friends and the latest trends won't leave them alone.

One Day Workshops

The above are just some of the issues that lead to the mood swings and tantrums that we commonly associate with teenagers. We are all so busy sometimes that we tend to forget about how to stop and take care of ourselves. A happy carer makes happy children.

This one-day workshop helps open up communication and improve your relationship with your teenager. All the workshops starts at 9:30 till 2:45 pm. Arrive 9:15 for coffee, refreshments breaks during the day.
